The location was really close to the Dow center and it felt like a safe location. The lobby was pretty, loved all the wood trim in the lobby & in our room. The desk attendant was exceptionally nice which is appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable, the showerhead had a nice massage feature, room contained everything we needed. We didn't partake in the breakfast so really can't comment about that.

my room was clean but very dark even with all the lights on. The location was good, the staff was friendly. I felt safe I was staying alone. The shower was good but tub very slippery no non skid strips in tub.

I loved my room size!! It was super comfortable! Very nice and respectful staff. Amenities available to us all day. I love the location. The beds were amazingly comfortable, a lot of apps and shows on the TV. And it was very clean!

The guy behind the desk was friendly and personable. It was late and he checked me in quickly. Room was clean and orderly and smelled clean. Checked for bugs as I always do and everything was spotless! I like how checkout was 12pm noon and not 11am.

The room is clean and is surrounded by many stores and that made me to be able to buy few things that I needed around without worrying about driving to a long distances trip.
